It was born from the desire to give sustainability to the TEACH How to Fish project, with the added challenge of allowing, through the available services, an innovative response to its primary objective.

We provide an innovative, sustainable business model with high social impact. We provide Training services focused on human skills, contemplating the appreciation of each person as a precious asset in their work and before the community.

All the company's net income will be applied to programs under the objectives of the project TEACH How to Fish and with third sector partners who have a vision for a future in autonomy and sustainability.

VISION

PRINCIPLES

Humanism, respect for culture and diversity, empathy, a sense of service and work focused on operational and sustainable efficiency with real social impact.

We believe in service through example, in leadership through coherence between what is said, what is asked of others and what is done. THF Project was never transformed into any model of the third social sector because we wanted to research, study and debate existing concepts and work on a solution that would allow the sustainability of all operations and also a way to recover the credibility of the social sector that encourage cooperation among all.
Our ambitious vision to transform dependence on charity into self-support required risking new concepts towards sustainability, as well as creating a business model with growth potential and which, in line with the ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) criteria, would still represent a high attraction for investment.

We intend to soon complete the validation process of the Social Enterprise model in Portugal, which we believe will come naturally with this first step we took in the very constitution of the company and in the carefully defined statutes, and with this create the Fourth Sector in the country, which will represent for-profit companies with a social and/or environmental purpose and a model of sustainable performance.
