At by THF® we develop Programs tailored to the challenges of each Client Partner that can integrate services in the areas of Training within the scope of personal development, Workshops and Immersive Events, Team Building with a Social and environmental component, and Consulting in specific areas, as Sustainability and Human Management. Focusing on People and using an approach that we define as our own methodology, models are created and followed that promote interpersonal skills that allow the company to achieve its common commitment goals, while creating highly collaborative teams and encouraging education for internal (in the company) and external (in society) citizenship.
Our Customers and Partners can also contribute in a direct and measurable way within the scope of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) criteria.
