Today we are going to reflect on the Relevance and Innovation of the by THF® approach as a model of Social Enterprise
Mitigating problems is an old solution. The usual challenges force a transformation in procedures and methodologies with social relevance in all sectors of society. Some of the biggest challenges that exist in all sectors are, for example, the replication of existing models that do not guarantee lasting results, the permanent lack of human and financial resources, brands or companies that are little or not at all humanized and the consequent low power talent retention and motivation, among others.
The challenge we set ourselves was to create a sustainable way of solving identified social problems while also generating positive social value through the core business of our business. That is, by THF® is a for-profit company and all of its net income has the purpose of social investment. But, moreover, our services also include valuing each person as a precious asset, including in their work and in the community.
